The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the big five factors of personality and leadership styles, and to find out if there are differences between the sexes, The descriptive correlative method was used.

The study sample consisted of 112 leadership frameworks, through the list of the five factors of personality of Costa and MaCcrea (1992), and the managerial grid of Black and Mouton (1964), and the data was processed and analyzed by statistical analysis program spss22.

The results of this study that the five main personality factors The most common was conscientiousness, followed by extraversion, while the dominant leadership style was laissez-faire, and there were no gender differences in the five major personality factors and leadership styles.

And there was a relationship between the big five factors of personality factors and leadership styles, except for the trait of openness to experience.
