Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of employee empowerment dimensions on organizational loyalty the Algerian Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation.

The sample consisted of (400) workers who were chosen by the intentional sampling method, and the psychological empowerment scale of (Spreitzer, 1995) and the organizational loyalty scale of (Meyer, Allen, Smith, 1993) were applied to them, using the predictive method.

Selecting the method of linear regression analysis by employing the program (SPSS.

V 25), and the results concluded: The contribution of the dimensions of employee empowerment represented in: (meaning, self-determination, competence, impact) in predicting organizational loyalty among the organization's workers.
