The study aimed to know the impact of mourning rituals and their imprortance in activating the work of mourning and overcoming the symptomps of berevement in the event of the death of the fetus inside the mother' s womb.

Througy il, we studied three cases, depending on the clinical approach and case study, and the use of the clinical interview and clinical observation.

Through it, we conclude that mourning rituals contribute to overcoming the symptoms of loss and help activate the work of mourning, but it is not sufficient a lone.

Rather, other factors must be availble in order to end mourning.

The most important thing is the psychological empoyment of the stuation and the extent of the ego' s moturity, in addition to the persence of a prepared.
