Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the investment orientation of companies operating in the Ouargla province, by analyzing the legal form of these companies and identifying the most attractive activities for investors.

we have analyzed the data provided by the branch of the national agency of the trade register in Ouargla, by tabulating these data, extracting and analyzing the statistics.

the results obtained show that the preferred legal form for investors is the personal company (registration of a physical person), followed by the form of limited liability company in second position.

they also show that the most attractive activity is the service sector.

on the other hand, the absence of activity in the export and import sector is due to the geographical distance of the region from the transit centers.

in addition, a low percentage of investors are in the female category due to the region's cultural nature, which highlights the importance of the sociological dimension in influencing investment trends.
