تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر عجز الموازنة على الدين العام في الجزائر، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت بيانات للفترة (2000-2020)، حيث قدمت الدراسة تحليلا وصفيا لتطور عجز الموازنة و الدين العام بشقيه الخارجي و الداخلي، كذلك حاولت إبراز أثر العجز الموازني على الدين العام باستخدام منهج التحليل الكمي القياسي و ذلك بتطبيق نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي VAR، و من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود علاقة سببية أحادية بين الدين العام و عجز الموازنة، حيث أن الدين العام يسبب الزيادة في العجز الموازني.
Abstract EN
This study aims to determine the impact of the budget deficit on Algeria's public debt.
to achieve this goal, data from the period (2000-2020) were used, where the study provided a descriptive analysis of the development of budget deficit and public debt in both the external and internal dimensions.
the study also tried to highlight the impact of budget deficit on public debt using the standard quantitative analysis approach by applying the autoregressive vector model VAR, .one of the most important findings of the study is the existence of a single causal relationship between public debt and budget deficits.as the public debt it causes an increase in the budget deficit.
