Abstract EN

This study try to measure the impact of research and development indicators on economic growth in Algeria during 1990-2019, it was divided into two parts.

an analytical part ; which includes both of the development of research and development indicators and the economic growth indicator in Algeria, an applied section where we used the ARDL model.

the study concluded that there is a short-term and long-term equilibrium relationship with a positive significant effect between the index of enrollment in higher education on the GDP, as well as the existence of a short-term equilibrium relationship only with a positive significant effect between each of the index of the number of patents and the percentage of advanced technology exports on the GDP total.
