Abstract EN

This research work seeks to try to reveal the leadership in the educational institution and its role in the educational process, as it is a strategic requirement, which all educational systems seek to achieve, in order to meet the various challenges it faces, and to ensure the achievement of educational goals.

by asking the following main question : what is the nature of the leadership styles practiced in the educational institution ? what is its role in the educational process ? to answer the question, the study used the descriptive approach, by using the questionnaire as the main tool, on a sample represented in educational institutions, with vocabulary estimated at (30) individuals from educational institutions, and the study reached the following results : there is a high response to the axis of the good style and its role in the educational process, and this appeared through the responses of the sample members to the content of the axis, as the response of the sample members with its various characteristics to the axis of the free style and its role in the educational process was weak, and the response of the sample members with various characteristics to the axis of the autocratic style and its role in the process the educational system is average, as it was found that there is a leadership style that the leader seeks to achieve in the educational institution.
