In this study we will try to make a critical analytical reading of the concept of authority, of the concepts that are close to it, trying to trace the interest of thinkers and scholars interested in the organizational and administrative aspect of the subject of the authority, trying to highlight the most important points of convergence and divergence between the various theoretical currents to determine what the concept is and to identify the sources that allow people to exercise the act of authority.
