The media field is one of the biggest fields conquered by artificial intelligence, so what is known as artificial intelligence journalism has appeared, and robots have also appeared with it, and they are presenting news bulletins; at an initial stage, and will not be late to turn into investigative journalists or writers of news stories or others, until now, the accuracy of these robots is as much as scientists fear that they will later make mistakes in fields where they began to occupy human jobs, including the media field.

It is known that when it comes to human journalists, they are held accountable in accordance with public and private legislation, bearing civil or penal responsibility.

This latter that our study focused on, where we tried to answer a fundamental question: who bears criminal responsibility for artificial intelligence journalism crimes? And we relied on the analytical approach and the inference approach to search the extent to which this responsibility can be attributed to artificial intelligence entities in accordance with the applicable legislation, and we came to the conclusion that there is a large gap between technological development and legislation in which artificial intelligence has no place.
