Abstract EN

This paper attempts to monitor the importance of digital transformation in Morocco, and measure its effects in solving human problems on the one hand, and promoting and sustaining development on the other.

This paper also seeks to approach the limits of the digital transformation contribution in improving the public service through presenting the most important contexts and reasons for adopting the digitization project via the electronic administration mechanism.

Also, this paper will determine its most important characteristics and advantages compared to its traditional counterpart.

Moreover, this paper seeks to monitor the reality of digitization and the obstacles to downloading it in a changing world.
