This research paper aims to address the problem of obsession with excluding the other in hate speech, as well as seeking to destroy and remove it in various ways, especially in light of the unlimited uses of social platformsOne of the results reached is that hate speech is one of the intractable social diseases that has become a threat to the security of the international community.

It contributes to the rupture of the relationship between the self and the other and perpetuates a culture of exclusion; difference is a fundamental focus in which feelings of hatred and malice grow.

Therefore, establishing a culture of peaceful coexistence and interactive languageis one of the civilized mechanisms that can mitigate it, but there are multiple obstacles standing in its way
