Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the most important difficulties in forming successful secondary education teachers in the recruitment competition from their point of view.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach.

They prepared a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs that The conditions of validity have been met, items distributed on three axes.

it was applied to the study sample, which amounted to (50) professors.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: A high percentage of respondents admitted that there are difficulties related to the program of training successful professors in the recruitment competition.
