Abstract EN

This study aims to Highlight on the role of takaful insurance companies in strengthening the activity of the WAQF, because the relationship between insurance and the WAQF comes within the framework of promoting and maintaining the activity of the latter on the one hand, and reviving the role of social solidarity on the other.

So through this study we will try to identify the takaful insurance through its definition, its characteristics, its principles and foundations, and its types, we will also address the Islamic WAQF by referring to its concept, the conditions of its health as well as its types.

Finally, we will learn about the role of takaful insurance in strengthening the WAQF activity, based on the foundations of the takaful insurance, as well as the basic principles of takaful insurance through the WAQF.
