Within the framework of the Algerian legislator endeavor to establish a legal system that stimulates investment and its keenness to facilitate procedures related to the settlement of disputes arising from investment, the legislator assigned the task of considering appeals submitted by investors who are exposed to injustice as a result of arbitrary decisions issued by the bodies and departments in charge of supervising investment to a competent body represented by the Supreme National Commission for Appeals related to investment, which contributes to establishing a way to settle disputes away from the judiciary.
