And through them, a person seeks help to improve his life and increase his well-being, but there is no way for creativity and innovation in any society if its members know in advance that the fate of their intellectual creations is to be violated by others, in the ence of legal protection that deters them, because then society will lose economic incentives That encourages creativity, and urges the investment of time, effort and money in the hope of achieving material gains.
