Abstract EN

Health Care is one of the basic functions of the state, and since this service is a necessary requirement for citizens, health institutions are faced with the inevitability of improving their quality, in order to meet the continuous needs of their customers represented by patients.

One of the factors affecting service quality is the so-called organizational trust, which is one of the most important factors that determines the success or failure of an organization.

The strength of this trust is related to several factors, one of which may be professional ethics.

Accordingly, this study aimed to analyze the role of professional ethics in building organizational confidence in the institution, in addition to examining the extent of the latter is impact on the quality of health care in Algerian public clinics and hospitals.

The results showed the existence of a medium quality of health care, and the existence of a medium and direct correlation between the ethics of the profession and organizational confidence, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of organizational confidence in the quality of health care.
