The social security system has a great importance for the benefit of workers, their families and the entire community.

It is a fundamental right of human rights and a means to create social cohesion which leads to the provision of peace and social solidarity, however, the severity of the social crises in the major cities, and the increasing pressure on service sectors led to the reaction of the individual who lost the protection of civil society institutions associated with the state power and it became clear that the social structures generally tend to decay and disintegration, this is illustrated through the growing of moral decay, which reflects varying forms and levels for manifestations of current economic shapes.

So what is the importance of the social security system in light of the economic transformations? and what is its role in promoting social dialogue and social partnership?
