Human security is one of the most widely discussed topics in academia and politics development in all its dimensions: no development without security and no security without development.

and having taken a great deal of attention to the focus on State security, Human security has become even more important with the emergence of new threats that have posed a major challenge to all actors such as poverty, famine, terrorism and migration.

From this point of view, the importance of taking note of the concept of human security, accordingly, this study aims to address the most important topics worth studying and analyzing in international relations in general and in security studies in particular namely human security.

This studies addressing the problems of definition on the one hand and the general context of the development of human security in an intertwined international environment.
