Nowadays, the use of Arabic and French, through code switching, in teaching of Tamazight at the Algerian university is a reality as unavoidable as it is problematic.
Therefore, the present article attempts to analyze and evaluate the impact of this didactic strategy; namely, code switching, on the teaching and learning of this language.
Particularly, the aim is to show how the alternating discourse made of these three languages could be beneficial in the transmission of knowledge, but also in the promotion of interculturality and enhancement of the ideas of tolerance and cohabitation.

Aujourd'hui, l'utilisation de l'arabe et du français, par le biais du code switching, dans l'enseignement de tamazight à l'université algérienne, est une réalité aussi incontournable que problématique.
Aussi, notre présent article tente-t-il d'analyser et d'évaluer l'impact de cette stratégie didactique, à savoir l'alternance codique sur l'enseignement apprentissage de cette langue.
Le but est de montrer notamment comment le discours alterné fait de ces trois langues pourrait être bénéfique dans la transmission des savoirs mais aussi dans la promotion de l'interculturalité et la valorisation des idées de tolérance et du vivre ensemble.
