Abstract EN

The central Maghreb represents a space in which various religious ideas have been embodied since the early periods of Islam's entry into the region.

Despite the success of the Ibadi doctrine ideologically and politically, this did not prevent the Maliki to dominate the region to later periods, similarly to the neighboring regions belonging to the Islamic West.

Also, many ways and channels, like the Andalusian elites has contributed to the formation of the doctrinal scene when they brought their jurisprudence, thought, fatwas, and various sciences to the cities, which facilitated the transmission of the Maliki doctrine and facilitated its assimilation and inspiration by the elites and commoners in the Central Maghreb.

This study aims to track the transmission of Maliki jurisprudential knowledge through the texts of translations and jurisprudence to determine the impact of this way to establish the Maliki thought in the region.
