Abstract EN

The present study aimed to determine the reality of the training of students who are studying work psychology and organization specialty at the University of Ouargla during the Corona pandemic, as well as to reveal the differences in their training in this discipline depending on the stage variable.

(Bachelor's degree-Master), where the descriptive approach was adopted and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the university training questionnaire was built, and after ascertaining the validity of the tool through its psychometric properties, it was applied to a sample of 74 student.

In fact, the study concluded the following results: the degree of appreciation of Ouargla University students for their training in work psychology and organization specialty was weak during the Corona pandemic and the ence of statistically significant differences in their training during the Corona pandemic is attributed to the study stage variable.
