Abstract EN

The aim of the present study is to build a selection interview (recruitment) of a university professor (specializing in work psychology) in the Algerian University.

To this end, the content analysis method was used on a sample of training presentations for the third year of Bachelor of work, and organizational psychology, and the first and second masters specializing in work, and organizational psychology, and human resources management; that are currently in operation in Larbi Ben M'hidi University.

Accordingly, the study relied on quantitative analysis to determine the content of the interview in terms of the number of questions in each field; while the qualitative analysis was to determine the content of the interview in the field of: scientific skills, communication skills (speech clarity, communication analysis, and summarization).

The results of the study were: -The content of the selection interview (recruitment) of a university professor (specializing in work psychology), is divided into two parts.

- A selection interview (recruitment) of a university professor (specializing in work psychology), consists of 28 fields, which are the subjects of specialization- Communicative skills (speech clarity, communication analysis, and summarization) are implicitly assessed through the questions that are asked to the candidates.

Moreover, the point presented for each scale is equally divided between cognitive and communicative one.

In the end, the study has come to a set of recommendations
