يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة دور الجماعات الإقليمية في دعم و ترقية الاستثمار من خلال دراسة الإطار المفاهيمي للجماعات الإقليمية و كذا الاستثمار، و هذا بتقديم مفهوم هذين المصطلحين، حيث قدمت حولهما الكثير من الأبحاث و الدراسات خاصة في مجال الاقتصاد و القانون هذا من جهة؛ و من جهة أخرى فإن مساهمة الجماعات الإقليمية في التنمية المحلية يرتبط بالاستثمار، وذلك من خلال اهتمام السلطات المحلية و عملهم على الانتقال بوضع المجتمع إلى وضع أحسن اجتماعيا، اقتصاديا، سياسيا، ثقافيا، و بيئيا.
وضمان جميع الحقوق بالشكل الذي يحدث الثروة المحلية، و هو الأمر الذي يتم من خلال تجسيد آليات دعم و ترقية الاستثمار
Abstract EN
This article aims to study the role of local groups in supporting and promoting investment through studying the theoretical framework of local groups as well as investment, and this provides a concept for these two terms, where a lot of research and studies were presented about this on the one hand; on the other hand, the contribution of local groups to local development is related By investing, through the attention of local authorities and their work to improve the situation of society, which is done through the embodiment of mechanisms to support and promote investment.
