Controlled delivery is one of the special investigative methods used by the competent judicial authorities to follow up on serious crimes, the most important of which are corruption crimes.

An agreement on judicial cooperation in the criminal field was concluded between the State of Algeria and France to support this procedure.

Which takes place in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Code of Criminal Procedures of the two countries, as its importance lies in seizing criminal proceeds derived from crimes of embezzlement of property, bribery and other forms of corruption committed by senior officials and businessmen in Algeria.
