Abstract EN

The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the use of alternative evaluation strategies in the primary grade stage in the schools of al-Qunfudah governorate from the point of view of teachers and supervisors, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (305) teachers and (6) an educational supervisor in the primary classes in schools al-Qunfudhah governorate was chosen in the random way and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, and the questionnaire consisted of (40) phrases distributed in three areas, and the results of the study showed that the degree of teachers' practice of alternative evaluation strategies in the primary class phase in al-Qunfudah governorate schools, was with a degree (Ok) with an average account (4.01) and a standard deviation (0.57), while the degree of the importance of using alternative evaluation strategies in the primary classes in the schools of al-Qunfudah governorate was (approved) with an average account (4.17) and a standard deviation (0.56), the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) among the members of the study sample is due to the scientific qualification, there are differences with statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between members of the study sample attributed to specialization, and the absence of differences with a significance of statistics at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between members of the study sample attributed to the years of experience, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between members of the study sample attributed to the courses in the field of alternative evaluation, and in light of these results the researcher provided a number among the recommendations, the most prominent of which are : the adoption of a guide that includes ways to apply alternative evaluation strategies in each study stage, hold training courses for teachers to train them in alternative evaluation strategies.
