Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the impact of the practice of transformational leadership of school principals on the job satisfaction of teachers in the sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (377) teachers.

the results of the study concluded that the degree of school principals practicing transformational leadership in the sultanate of Oman was above average in general, and that the level of job satisfaction for teachers was above average in general.

the results also found that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the responses of the study sample of teachers due to the gender variable in favor of females, the scientific qualification variable in favor of masters and above, and the variable of years of experience in favor of more than 10 years.

the results also revealed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level (0.01) between transformational leadership of school principals and job satisfaction of teachers.
