This research aims to monitor the problems faced by speaking skill tests for non-Arabic speakers and seeks to reveal and clarify their causes, by clarifying the specificity of speaking skills and their importance in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.

it also draws attention to the importance of a good understanding of the assessment for the test makers of Arabic speaking skills and suggests ways to overcome these problems facing the Arabic language in assessment.

analyzing and studying forms of oral aptitude tests in morocco and Germany.

the research concludes that the big problem posed in assessing the speaking skill of non-Arabic speakers is posed on the practical aspect, especially at the raters level, as the issue of training assessors / raters constitutes a major problem in assessing the speaking skill of non-Arabic speakers.
