Abstract EN

The employment contract is a type of contract used in the labor law to assign rights and responsibilities between the worker and the employer, employment contracts depend on the concept of authority where the employee agrees to accept the authority of the employer, and in return the employer agrees to pay a specific wage to the employee, and therefore this research aims to study the unimplemented work contracts and mention its cases and the effects of completion before implementation on the employer on the one hand and the worker on the other, and we have actually reached from during the research in the Saudi regulations and the Egyptian labor law to find out the reasons and cases in which the employment contract ends before its implementation and the resulting effects and we reached through comparative research between the Saudi system and the Egyptian law to some results and recommendations that were mentioned in the conclusion of the research.
