Abstract EN

The study sought to identify the impact of tourist abuse on tourist attraction, to monitor the extortion and exploitation to which tourists are exposed at the Egyptian tourist destination, to know about the relationship between the lifestyle of tourists during their tourist journey and the vulnerability of tourists to mistreatment.

the study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire form and interview guide were used to collect data and applied to a deliberate sample of mistreatment tourists, they numbered 300.

a number of findings came from the study, among the most important : 1-there's a correlation between the demographics of tourists and their vulnerability to mistreatment.

2-the patterns of mistreatment suffered by tourists were divided into several : a-managerial mistreatment.

b-environmental mistreatment.

c-individual mistreatment.

3-the mistreatment of tourists affected the tourists' decision not to repeat their visit to Egypt as a tourist destination.

among other recommendations, the study suggested : the need for monitoring by the ministry of tourism by standardizing the prices of tourist facilities' services in order to maximize revenue from tourism.
