This research seeks to study the manifestations of the close relationship between the pilgrims in the Qur'anic verses and the place of their revelation, showing at the same time one of the miracles in the Qur'anic rhetoric that is manifested in the link between the argumentative structure of the Qur'anic discourse and the position of the addressees, investing one of the most important categories of Qur'anic sciences, which is the saying «Makki and Madani« as A mainly pragmatic contextual statement, revealing the close relationship between the linguistic structure of the Qur'anic discourse, whether at the individual, structural or stylistic level, and the descending context through procedural models that are significant from the major topics of the Qur'an.
