SonaricSummary: This study aimed to clarify the term transformational leadership and to highlight the concept of quality of work life through the interpretation and analysis of the nature and strength of the correlation existing between the dimensions of transformational leadership behavior enjoyed by the heads of the Sonaric Foundation and the Farjiwa.

The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the use of the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information.

The study tool included the transformational leadership scale developed by Bass and Avolio, which contains (25) items, to identify the extent to which superiors apply transformational leadership behaviors from the viewpoint of subordinate workers, and it included The study tool on the quality of work life scale developed by Walton and includes (21) items, which were developed to measure the level of quality of work life, and this tool was applied to a simple random sample of (66) individuals.
