Abstract EN

The current study aimed at figuring out job satisfaction level on a sample composed of 100 teachers from preparatory education classes attached to primary schools in Ouargla – Algeria-, and to realize the study objectives, the job satisfaction measure of Al-Azrek (2000) was applied; the "T" test was utilized as well as processing the data via statistical program (SPSS).

The study concluded that the job satisfaction level for teachers in the preparatory education classes attached to primary schools was low, and it equally concluded that there were no differences in job satisfaction level among teachers due to the gender variable, teaching experience and scientific diploma.
