Abstract EN

This study seeks to analyze the nature of the relationship between time management and its contribution to improving the performance of the public enterprise, in light of openness and entry into the new global economy characterized by intense competition, and to identify the various requirements for the application of time management, as well as the various problems and obstacles that impede its implementation.

The study concluded the need to pay attention and establish the rules for the application of time management because it has a pivotal role in improving performance.

It also proposed a set of suggestions to facilitate the process of its application, based on a survey statistical study of a sample consisting of a group of public enterprises in the Wilaya of Bouira and determining the degree of their use of time management as a first stage, and the contribution of time management in the Improvement of their performance as a second stage.
