تتعلق هذه الدراسة بواقع سياسات الإسكان في الجزائر مع التطرق إلى مختلف الصيغ المعتمدة من الدولة بغرض توفير سكن لمختف شرائح المجتمع و كذا الجهود المبذولة لإصلاح و تطوير القطاع؛ كما تمت قراءة التجربة السنغافورية التي قطعت شوطا كبيرا في مجال الإسكان و أصبحت رائدة عالميا.
وتم التوصل إلى ضرورة الإحتكاك بتجربة الإسكان في سنغافورة التي استطاعت تحقيق سكنات ميسرة و مستدامة في عقود من الزمن بالإسراع في مراجعة و إصلاح سياسات القطاع و الإستفادة من الدروس
Abstract EN
This study relates to the reality of housing policies in Algeria, while addressing the various formulas approved by the state for the purpose of providing housing for the various segments of society, as well as the efforts made to reform and develop the sector; was also read The Singaporean experience, which made great strides in the field of housing and became a world leader, .
It was concluded that it is necessary to contact the housing experience in Singapore, which has been able to achieve affordable and sustainable housing for decades, by accelerating the review and reform of the sector's policies and benefiting from lessons.
