تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة دور الذي الضبط الانفعالي في دعم المناعة النفسية، و مدى توفير التوازن و التكيف النفسي للفرد من خلال تمكينه من الأستناد على مناعة نفسية قوية قائمة على عملية ضبط الانفعالات.
و قد تم عرض أهم المفاهيم الجوهرية للدراسة مع إبراز الدور الأساسي الذي تقوم عليه عملية ضبط الانفعالات في دعم و بناء مناعة النفسية قوية
Abstract EN
This paper aims to know the role of emotional regulation in supporting psychological immunity, and the extent to which it provides balance and psychological adjustment to an individual by enabling them to build on strong psychological immunity based on the process of emotion regulation.
The study's most fundamental concepts were presented, highlighting the fundamental role of emotion regulation in supporting and building strong psychological immunity.
