Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause the difference in response between two defendants of the same charge in court.

The content analysis method was used.

The study reached the following conclusions: 1- The response of (the first suspect) was hysterical, and the response of (the second suspect) was dysthymic2- The difference in response between the two research terms is natural, mainly caused by the genetic factor 3- There is no psychological strength or weakness between the two terms, but both were affected and the difference between them was in the way of expressing the shock4- The difference in response is due to the difference in the dimension of neuroticism versus emotional balance and the dimension of extraversion versus introversion.
