this freedom forced to respect the integrity requirements the legislator has prevented a set of commercial practices unfair causes by which an economic agent harms the interests of another economy 'as well as the practices'the legislator has put in place comprehensive consumer protection 'which is based mainly on legal and preventive mechanisms which are in tune with reality and protect consumers against life-threatening practices and damage for their money, this protection is centered on two things; the first is civil which is at the basis of compensating the damages 'the second involves the sanctions conceming this effect' consumera and consumer protection associations and the public prosecution department make their choice between the two jurisdictions.
