Abstract EN

This study aims to diagnose the reality of digital transformations in the Arab countries by addressing the digital infrastructure, electronic government, digital creativity and innovation, digital use, education and digital culture, digital business, as well as the challenges and future visions that stand in front of the digital transformation of these Arab countries.

this study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to clarify the concepts of digital transformation and its benefits, as well as identifying some dimensions of digital transformation in Arab countries and the most important challenges facing digital transformation in Arab countries.

the study reached a set of results, including: the existence of an acceptable minimum level of availability and development of e-government services, levels of spending on research and development in the Arab countries are considered to be significantly low compared to the global average, the ranking of Arab countries in the field of readiness for individual use is better than their order in readiness to use the business sector and government.
