The corona pandemic has had an impact on the country's economy and caused a significant economic fallout that has rendered many industries completely paralyzed.

in this study, we focus on impact of corona pandemic on the national enterprise of the production of sanitary ceramics situated in Wilaya of Tlemcen.

to demonstrate this effect, we administered a questionnaire to 158 employees of this institution, and we then used the statistical program SPSS 26 to analyze the data using descriptive statistics and the correlation coefficient.

the findings indicated that the coronavirus pandemic had a negative impact on the business in all respects, having a significant impact on employee psychology in terms of their jobs and their fear of losing them as well as what was reported in news reports and the media.

the results also indicated that the enterprise's productivity and profits had changed due to a change in the work plan, which involved changing the working hours of employees and working in a routine.
