the phenomenon of violence is one of the social phenomena that extended and existed in the presence of humanity, and it exists in various forms, including what is individual or collective, and what is motivated by personal latent or acquired through harsh social and economic conditions and its psychological effects on the child and the family in particular and society in general, where the term domestic violence and other the concept of the family is somewhat as a result of the conflict between the spouses, which made the child a victim between them, after the latter represented the first socialization institution in which he learned the basic principles of life and stability, which is the basis of a sound family relationship.
