Study discusses the religious dimension as one of the most important factors affecting the field of international relations during the late decades, as the emergence of religion became a phenomenon that cannot be ignored in modern international interactions, the study was addressed through the characterization of the religious phenomenon and its association with society and politics, considering that religion is seen as one of the main pillars in the emergence, progress and continuation of human civilizations, it's also seen as a major engine of many wars and conflicts in the world, and the angles of interpretation and analysis of religion have expanded in the field of international relations, discussions have been raised about the causes of the return of religion as a factor in the agenda of international relations and in general after the cold war, and the study tried to identify the most important approaches and interventions from which scientists of international relations began in their study and analysis of international realities and interactions, and sought to highlight the multiple influences of religion on the course of international relations.
