The study aims at clarifying the various new rules that are related to notifying the Constitutional Court, under the organic law applicable under number 22-19, which determines the procedures and modalities of notification and referral followed in front of the Constitutional Court, In fact, this law gave more effectiveness to the direct notification mechanism, either in terms of accuracy of judgement or in terms of procedures that tend to be judicial in nature and this establishes more constitutional censorship.
