This research paper aims to shed light on the relationship of entrepreneurial competencies with its dimensions Various projects in the process, where we will conduct an analytical study to identify the role of personal, managerial and technical competencies in the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects, which has been supported Accompanying their owners by the National Insurance Fund About unemployment in Biskra, from which a random sample of 40 employees was taken, the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting information, and a program was also used(SPSS) to process data and determine the reality of entrepreneurial competencies among project owners small and medium-sized enterprises and their role in the sustainability of these projects -From the point of view of the selected sample members of the fund's employees- The study concluded that the contractor must acquire basic competencies to ensure the continuity of his project, especially the management competencies that are important in ensuring the course of his contracting activity
