as its rules-the social public order-aim to protect the weak party in the work contract, by ensuring the minimum legal protection for the worker, which may not be reduced in any way under pain of nullity, but at the same time it can be violated despite its character peremptory, whenever the violation involves raising the minimum level of protection established under these rules.
