Industrial drawings and models constitute amanifestation of commodities, goods and various products that give them an attractive aesthetic characteristic and as such they are not limited to being an artistic or creative element, but rather they work to increase the commercial value of products and facilitate their marketing and this is what makes them different from other similar systems.

in order for industrial designs and models to receive the necessary legal protection they must include a set of conditions and on this basis this study aims to research the concept of industrial designs and models and to define the various controls necessary to protect them.
