يمثل قطاع الطاقة في الجزائر منظومة قائمة يؤثر ضمن علاقة تفاعلية على كل من التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية، لذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير تقلبات أسعار البترول على كل من الإنفاق الحكومي الرأسمالي و مخصصات الدعم الاجتماعي خلال الفترة 2000-2021، بالاعتماد على إحصائيات و تقارير سنوية مختلفة، و الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، و نموذج الاقتصاد السياسي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تناظرية ما بين تقلبات أسعار البترول، الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري، و التحويلات الاجتماعية

The energy sector in Algeria represents an existing system that affects, within an interactive relationship, both economic and social development, so this study aims to analyze the impact of oil price fluctuations on both government capital expenditure rates and social support allocations during the period 2000-2021, based on statistics and annual reports.
