Abstract EN

The current study aimed to reveal the training needs of the preparatory education teachers from the point of view of the primary education inspectors and to identify their arrangement according to priority, the difficulties encountered by the preparatory education teachers, and the possible solutions proposed by the primary education inspectors.

The sample of the study involved five primary education inspectors with great experience in the field of education, and the research tool used was a direct interview; this is because of its relevance to the subject as it bring us closer to reality and to identify the real formative needs, considering that the primary education inspector is directly responsible for the training process.

The statistical methods used were frequencies and percentages.

In addition, some basic concepts of training needs were presented some previous studies that dealt with this topic
