Abstract EN

The current study aimed to try to identify the level of both perceived social support and the level of life satisfaction of the elderly, and to try to investigate the extent to which there is a relationship between social support and life satisfaction in older men.

For the purposes of the study, both the aware social support scale and the life satisfaction measure were applied to a sample of 52 elderly people in Tipaza State, which we used in the descriptive link approach, and after statistical treatment of the results a low level was reached in the state of Tipaza.

Both aware social support and life satisfaction among the sample members, and a correlation between perceived social support and life satisfaction among the elderly was found, the higher the social support, the higher the satisfaction with life in the elderly and vice versa.
