This article examines, analyzes, and criticizes the provisions of international liability stipulated in the instruments related to space activities, and aims of this aims to identify the provisions of international responsibility for space activities and the extent to which they are in line with the scientific and technical developments that the world has witnessed in the field of outer space, and provides a new insight into the bodies to whom the action is assigned, whether it is to take action or refrain from doing an act, which is the threshold for the applicability of international responsibility, whether it is there is a mistake or not, as long as the illegal act has done harm to another country.
