The internet has provided freedom of expression, communication, and information exchange in a huge space in the daily lives of individuals, with the result that the processes of collecting, storing and managing huge amounts of data have become very easy.

it is possible that this information, whatever the nature of the data, reveals the most subtle aspects of the private lives of individuals or societies, but the national legal frameworks have not kept pace with the pace of technological developments in the digital age, especially in the field of processing personal data that is still in the embryonic stage, and in need of organizing the two processes of collecting information analyzing and transmitting them inside and outside the borders, taking into account freedom of expression, the right to privacy, and the requirements of security and the preservation of public order that require finding a fair balance in which all rights and requirements, especially security ones, are taken into account.
